1. Payment Options:
a. One-Time Purchases: Payment is to be made in full at the time of purchase. Access to services is granted immediately upon confirmation.
b. Monthly Recurring Payments: Subscribers opting for this plan will be billed monthly. Each billing cycle provides uninterrupted access to services until the subscription is canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
c. 3-Month Plans: This option allows clients to commit to a three-month training schedule. Payment for the plan may be made as a single upfront payment or as monthly installments, with details provided at the time of purchase.
d. 12-Month Plans: Designed for those seeking a full-year commitment, this plan can be purchased either as an upfront annual payment or via monthly installments. The benefits remain consistent throughout the duration of the subscription.
2. Term of the Package: The duration of your package will mirror the selected plan—whether in the form of a one-time service, a three-month engagement, or a 12-month commitment. Detailed terms and any additional specifics will be clearly outlined in the Player-Parent Agreement and its appendices where applicable.
3. Refund Policy: Sales of packages are generally final. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To accommodate situations such as injury or extended illness, Coach Washington reserves the right to handle refund requests or adjust plans on a case-by-case basis. Each request will be reviewed with sensitivity to both the client’s needs and the operational requirements of our program.
4. Dark (Non-Training) Days Policy: In order to ensure optimal performance and adequate recovery, the program schedules a designated rest period every 90 days, pausing training sessions for up to 7 days. Clients will be provided with make-up session options to ensure continuity in their training.
5. Rainout Policy: Sessions will be rescheduled at the organization’s discretion if environmental conditions or safety concerns (such as heavy rainfall or excessively wet fields) prevent safe training. The session will only commence when the field conditions are verified as safe.
6. Cancellation Policy:

b. Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the start of the next billing cycle.
c. This ensures that the cancellation is processed in a timely manner without being charged for an additional period. d. For one-time purchases or prepaid plans, please reach out to the same contact information to discuss any potential adjustments, bearing in mind that sales are final unless under extenuating circumstances as detailed in the Refund Policy.
