Monthly training packages provide a set number of training sessions per month based on the plan you select. Sessions reset monthly and are tied to a structured development schedule to ensure consistency and progress.

Most small group, large group, and combo group packages require a 12‑month commitment. This allows athletes to fully benefit from progressive training rather than short-term participation.

Missed sessions are not guaranteed to be made up. We coach families to commit to a consistent schedule so training remains effective and accountability stays high.

Package adjustments may be considered as an athlete progresses or training needs change. Any changes must be approved by the Grind House Sports team and may require an updated agreement.

Yes. All training sessions are coached and supervised by Grind House Sports staff. Athletes are expected to follow coaching instructions, gym rules, and safety standards at all times.

Yes. All athletes and parents/guardians must complete a waiver and acknowledge inherent training risks before participation. Full details are outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

We train youth, middle school, high school, and collegiate athletes. Programming is adjusted based on age, training experience, and sport to ensure safe and effective development.
